Lights off at 11, please

In the spirit of the holidays, can we agree that lights which affect abutting neighbors (by shining across property lines) will be shut off by 11 p.m.?

Whether it’s the “extreme” lights of 61 Arborway or loud music from an upstairs teenager, all people have the right to quiet and darkness in their homes at 11 p.m. This isn’t a matter of religion, faith or extraordinary displays. It’s a matter of common courtesy.
