4/30, 8:14pm, Mozart St. Yerri Perez, 18, of 954 Parker St. arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (gun); unlawful possession of a firearm and ammo; carrying a loaded firearm; and resisting arrest; and a Mattapan resident arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. Perez allegedly drew a loaded handgun when approached by officers in Mozart Park.
