The free-market solution to grocer debate

I believe I have the solution to the Whole Foods controversy that could please all parties. Since so many people in JP are suddenly free-market cheerleaders, I say: How about those of us who oppose Whole Foods in JP embrace the store if our newly free-market loving neighbors agree to allow free-market construction of low-income apartments on the streets where they live? After all, to do otherwise would be hypocritical, no?
