Newspapers exist to document change. So it’s fitting that newspapers do some changing of their own from time to time.
The Gazette has made some exciting changes over the past few months that we’re pleased to report to our readers.
We have completely rebuilt our website at JamaicaPlainGazette.com to make it easier to read and search. Readers are already engaged in lively debates in the website comments. You can now find us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter (@JPGazette).
This week marks the welcome return of former Gazette editor and publisher Sandra Storey to these pages. Her new monthly column, “JP Observer,” will cast her experienced eye on JP life and events. We are thrilled that Sandee has agreed to grace this paper once again and to offer the neighborhood her wealth of wisdom.
We have other changes in store, including the revival this summer of the “Best of JP” reader survey. As always, your comments and suggestions are welcome.
