(Courtesy Photo) JP resident Enrique Zuniga was named the new executive director of the Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust by state Treasurer Steven Grossman on July 12. The trust provides subsidized loans to cities and towns to undertake clean water and drinking water infrastructure improvement projects. Zuniga is the first Latino American to head the trust. He is also an adjunct professor of construction management at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
