FOREST HILLS—A man cited for smoking at the Forest Hills T Station on Aug. 16 turned out to be wanted on a charge of assault with intent to murder, according to MBTA Transit Police.
Ronaldo Taylor, 39, of Roxbury had an open warrant issued in Chelsea, according to Transit Police. He was approached by police officers after allegedly smoking and drinking openly at the Route 39 bus stop at the T station, both of which are illegal on MBTA property. Taylor allegedly gave officers a false name before they found an ID in his wallet.
