(Courtesy Photo) Tarzan the cat, still missing fur shaved from his legs and chest, lounges at a foster home in JP after being found partly covered in tar at a Hyde Park construction site May 3. The 2-year-old cat was rescued and taken to the JP-based MSPCA-Angell medical center on S. Huntington Ave., where the tar was shaved off and he soon will be available for adoption.
