A wonderful time was had at
the Gratitude and Grace fundraiser
on Nov. at the Frogmore.
About 50 to 60 people came to
send support to immigrant children
and families in detention.
Almost 40 letters of care and
support were written, mostly
by children, going directly to
children and families currently
in detention. Almost 20 postcards
to be sent to local and
federal lawmakers and donations
were made to organizations
doing direct work with
immigrants in detention.
