The World Cup excitement kicks off in Jamaica Plain this weekend as The Haven transforms into “Home Ground,” a three-day football festival celebrating the beautiful game and Scottish supporter culture. From Friday, June 12 through Sunday, June 14, New England’s only Scottish bar and restaurant will serve as the official Boston home base for the “Tartan Army” of Scottish fans, though all tournament matches will be shown.

The outdoor festival features:

• Giant-screen match watch parties in massive tented viewing areas

• Food trucks, festival eats, and specialty bars with curated drinks

• Live music, DJs, comedy, and live podcast recordings

• Whisky tastings, celebrity guest appearances, and VIP hospitality packages
