Legal notices can be mailed, faxed or delivered to the office, but must be accompanied by pre-payment in full in order to be published.
Probate court legal fees:
- Administrator: $100
- Adoption: $250
- Change of Name: $80
- Divorce: $250
- Estate: $100
- Fiduciary's Account: $100
- Guardian: $100
- Probate: $100
- Probate of Will: $100
- All other legal notices: same as line classifieds.
Deadline for notice and payment for Friday publication: Monday, 3 p.m.
