7/7, 8:47pm, 3050 Washington St. Teddy Smith, 26, of Canton arrested and charged with motor vehicle homicide—manslaughter by reckless driving and speeding and driving with a suspended license in after allegedly hitting and killing pedestrian Ricky Jones, 39, of Boston.
