The former American Brewery Company building at 251 Heath St. has fully transformed into condominiums with a grand opening last month.
The 79-unit American Brewery Lofts project redeveloped the large brewery complex while keeping much of its historical, Queen Anne-style architecture.
The project includes 11 units priced at rates “affordable” to those making 80 percent or less of area median income, and an 83-space parking garage.
The redevelopment was approved by the Community Alliance of Mission Hill in 2004 with no major objections. The project was led by Connecticut-based Commonwealth Ventures and Rhode Island-based Procaccianti Group.
