FOREST HILLS—The developer of the former St. Andrew’s Catholic Church complex will likely be announced “very soon”—possibly early next week—according to Mike Foley, the real estate broker on the deal.

The unnamed developer put in a winning bid on the property months ago, but has been in confidential negotiations with the Boston Archdiocese. That is typical on sales of former church properties.
The roughly 3-acre complex includes five former church buildings at Walk Hill and Wachusett streets.
