A planned Walk For Peace, previously scheduled for Saturday, has been rescheduled. The new date for the walk is Sunday, Dec. 12.
The walk—a response to the triple slaying at the popular Same Old Place restaurant Nov. 21—will be preceded by a Mass for Peace at noon at Our Lady of Lourdes, 13 Montebello Rd. The walk will start at 1:30 p.m. from the church. The route will run through Egleston and Jackspon Squares to Hyde Square via Washington Street, Columbus Avenue and Centre Street.
