The annual Holiday Train Show—including a visit from Santa—returns Dec. 4 to the Bay State Model Railroad Museum at 760 South St.

Founded in 1968, the museum is a unique permanent home for a model railroad club. Its holiday show includes model trains running through miniature landscapes.

The show will run 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with Santa arriving at noon. Museum admission is $5, children free, and seeing Santa is free as well. For more information, call 617-327-4341 or see bsmrm.org.
