BROOKSIDE—Jamaica Plain’s first wintertime, indoor farmers market is slated to debut in November at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Hall on Brookside Avenue.
The Egleston Farmers Market will feature about a dozen vendors and run on select dates in November through February, according to its website at eglestonfarmersmarket.org. It aims to provide fresh foods, including to customers who pay with public assistance EBT cards.
The market is the brainchild of Egleston Square Main Street and the Jamaica Plain New Economy Transition.
