I am so impressed with the balanced assessment of the 161 S. Huntington project in your editorial. (“Editorial: S. Huntington achievements,” Nov. 23.) Rarely are issues evaluated as fairly and as cogently as in your editorial. Your appeal for a freestanding planning commission is especially appropriate and overdue.
