Pedestrian killed in Egleston Square

A pedestrian died on Christmas Eve after being hit by a car in Egleston Square.

Just after 8 p.m. on Tues., Dec. 24, a woman was hit near Amory Street and Columbus Avenue and taken to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. Boston Police (BPD) is still investigating the incident. No further details are available at this time.
