FOREST HILLS—A vacant property at 306 South St. and 39 Asticou Road that was site of a four-alarm fire that destroyed a two-family house more than a year ago appears set to have a new structure placed on it.
William Spinale has applied for a permit on Oct. 17 to build a two-family townhouse at the new address of 39-41 Asticou Road. The fire-damaged structure that was there was torn down during the summer.
The Gazette was alerted to the vacant property by a resident who was concerned that nothing had been done to the previous structure since the fire.
