Building permit pulled for 105A. S. Huntington project

A building permit has been pulled for the 105A S. Huntington Avenue project, according to Boston Redevelopment Authority spokesperson Nick Martin.

Anthony Nader, the developer for the project, did not respond to a request for comment.

The project has long been delayed, as the BRA first approved the 195-unit development in 2013, with the proposal at that time expected to be completed in late 2015 or early 2016.

The original proposal called for having 32 affordable units on-site, but Nader recently requested to move all the affordable units off-site. That move faced some community opposition, but the BRA approved it in September with Nader promising to raise the number of affordable units to 42.
