The 195-unit “Serenity” project at 105A S. Huntington Ave. is under construction. The project was originally supposed to be completed in late 2015 or early 2016. The developer went before the Boston Redevelopment Authority board earlier this year with a proposal to move the affordable-housing units off-site, which was approved.
