A team of 9-year-old boys and girls representing the JP Regan Youth League won the annual Mayor’s Cup tournament on July 17 at Joe Moakley Park in South Boston. In the back row (left to right) are Mike Devlin, director of recreation for the City of Boston, and coaches Toby and Tom Dehner.
