A development team is proposing a 24-unit development on Lotus Street, according to Stonybrook Neighborhood Association (SNA) member Ralph Daniels.
He said that the development team, which is Waypoint Ventures, LLC, and Buildex Real Estate Ventures, LLC, presented plans for the development during an April 24 SNA meeting. Daniels sent along the plans that were presented during the meeting and it appears to show a five-story building. The proposed building would be behind a row of triple deckers on Brookley Road, which were built by Buildex Real Estate Ventures.
The development team did not respond to a request for comment.
