The $4 million, 15,353-square-foot project at 20 Taft Hill Park is under construction. The 19-unit project, which will include two affordable-housing units, is slated to be completed in November and will have 2 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units, and 2 three-bedroom units. The project will have bicycle storage and 19 parking spaces.
