Tea Bar by Evy, a cold brew tea bar located at 253 Amory St., will host a one-year anniversary event on June 17.
The event, which will go from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., will also feature the launch of a new mobile tea bar, which is a converted 1976 Airstream.
“It is so cool,” Evy Chen said of the mobile tea bar, describing it as a “silver bullet.” She said the mobile tea bar will go to special events and festivals throughout the area.
Chen is in the process of expanding to Charlestown, thanks in part to a citywide loan program that’s part of the Boston Planning and Development Agency called Boston Local Development Corporation. The Charlestown location is expected to open at the end of June.
