Nonprofit organizes ‘Dining for a Difference Week’

Boston For All, a local nonprofit, is organizing a “Dining for a Difference Week,” an event that will raise money for the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition, according to a press release.

Boston For All is an organization founded by Jamaica Plain resident Jeremy Fischer after the 2016 election that raises money for civil liberties and civil rights organizations. The organization has held two prior events.

The dining week from March 6 to March 9 will feature four different Jamaica Plain restaurants that will donate a portion of their proceeds from a night of business. The following restaurants are participating: Tres Gatos (March 6), The Frogmore (March 7), Vee Vee (March 8), and Casa Verde (March 9).

“It is our mission to make giving fun and simple,” Fischer said. “Just show up, enjoy some great times with others in our community, and open yourself up to possibility and inspiration.”
