Boston Mayor Martin Walsh marches on Columbus Avenue with the Dominican Parade dignitaries on Sunday, Aug. 18, during the 34th Annual Dominican Festival Parade – a festival that celebrates the island nation’s war to gain independence from Spain.
Meanwhile, riding on classic cars in the Parade were Dominican Festival beauty queens Wandalys Espinal, Mayelin Baez, and Ashley Pena.
