Bella the border collie is back on her feet after recent revolutionary muscle-replacement surgery at Angell Animal Medical Center on S. Huntington Avenue. In May, the dog fell off a bed at her Rhode Island home, causing severe injuries that made her right front leg useless and twisted along her side.
