EGLESTON SQ.—Three armed criminals forced their way into an apartment at 25 Dimock St. on March 22 in a home invasion witnessed by a 10-year-old resident, according to the Boston Police Department (BPD).

The three suspects, all dressed in black, approached a man entering the apartment around 2:45 a.m. and put a gun to his head, according to BPD. The suspects then tied the man’s wrists with shoelaces and ransacked a bedroom, stealing around $1,800 and jewelry before fleeing without harming any of the apartment’s three residents.

Two people matching the suspects’ description were stopped by police nearby, but were released after the victims could not identify them, according to BPD.
