CENTRAL JP—Grass Fed, a new burger bar, opened last month at 605 Centre St.
The restaurant features classic and “alternative” burgers made of beef from cows raised in open pastures. It also offers a variety of other burgers, including vegetarian and vegan options.
Grass Fed is operated by Krista Kranyak, founder of the nearby Ten Tables restaurant.
“Business has been fantastic, and I so appreciate all of our loyal Ten Tables customer support, as well as the entire JP community,” Kranyak said in an email to the Gazette. “It feels fantastic to have another vibrant restaurant in the area that I love so much.”
