Scenes from the “Meet the Faces Behind the Badges” basketball tournament, which was held at Curtis Hall on Jan. 13 to Jan. 14 and was co-sponsored by the Boston Center for Youth & Families, the South Street Youth Center, and the Boston Police. About 100 players on 10 teams played nine games in two days to help strengthen relationships between local youths and Boston First Responders. The first responder teams included Boston Police, Boston Fire, Boston EMS, and Boston Street Workers.
