All citizens derserve same marriage rights

Marriage equality is a simple matter of equal civil rights. Civil unions are a perfect example of “separate but equal.” I am a US citizen, and feel I deserve all the same rights and responsibilities as all other citizens, regardless of sexual orientation. Members of the Massachusetts state legislature have it in their hands to vote down the proposed constitutional amendment restricting marriage to heterosexuals and ensure equality for all its citizens. This is for the common good in the commonwealth!
