Man fatally shot

A man was fatally shot early in the morning on Thanksgiving Day, according to bpdnews.com.

Officers from the District E-13 Police Station responded to a radio call for shots fired in the area of Chestnut Avenue and Hoffman Street around 1:14 a.m. on Nov. 22. When the officers arrived, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later died.

Identities revealed of two Jackson Square fatalities

The identities and the cause of death for two people who were shot on Nov. 19 were recently announced by the Boston Police Department.

Two people were shot and another person was stabbed in the Mildred C. Hailey Apartments on Nov. 19. The medical examiner has ruled that the two people shot were the result of a murder-suicide, according to BPD.

According to BPD, police responded to 60 Bickford St. around 5:45 p.m. on Nov. 19 and found one male stabbed and a female and another male shot in a hallway. According to BPD, the male shooting victim, later identified as Jose Dos-Santos of Boston, was pronounced at the scene and died of an apparaent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The female victim, later identiefied as Lodimira Don-Santos of Boston, was transported to a hospital, where she died. Her death has been ruled a homicide.

No new information on the stabbing victim was revealed.
