The Boston Police Department (BPD) is investigating a shooting in Egleston Square where a man suffered non-life-threatening injuries on the night of Aug. 15.
According to BPD, police officers responded to a report of shots fired at 3096 Washington St. around 10:44 p.m. on Aug. 15. The officers arrived to find a blood trail that led them to a municipal parking lot.
The officers further investigated and found a male victim who appeared to be suffering from a gunshot wound at 72 Bragdon St. The victim was taken to the Boston Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The victim told officers that people in an older-model, silver Infiniti vehicle drove by and shot at him. Officers searched the area, but were unable to find the suspects.
