A little over a year after opening, La Rana Rossa at 154 Green St. has announced that it will shut its doors on June 16.
The pizza restaurant across the street from Green Street T station made its announcement on Facebook on June 2.
“We have loved being part of your community,” the Facebook post reads. “We hope that we’ll be able to say one last goodbye to you before we close!”
La Rana Rossa is owned by chef Brad Brown, who also owns Blue Frog Bakery on Green Street Blue Frog Bakery will continue to exist, and may have pop-up pizza events like they used to before La Rana Rossa opened.
The restaurant is a family-friendly establishment that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
