(Courtesy Photo) A Chichuahua born without front legs sports a new set of wheels provided by Eddie’s Wheels at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals’ Nevins Farm in Methuen. It is one of several legless baby Chihuahuas dropped off a few months ago at the MSPCA’s main shelter at 350 S. Huntington Ave. in JP. All of the dogs now have similar strap-on wheels so they can move on their own for the first time.
