Doc’s office to become home

MONUMENT SQ.—The recently closed Atreva Health Care doctor’s office at 770 Centre St. will become a private home for former owner Dr. Francisco Trilla’s children, he told the Gazette.

Trilla still lives in Jamaica Plain, but now works in California as chief medical officer at a chain of community health centers. He closed Atreva last month after 25 years.

“Health care is changing dramatically,” Trilla said. “I think the small practice model is not a viable model anymore.”
