The Boston Police Department (BPD) recently conducted a search warrant at 90 South St. that led to the seizure of drugs and money, according to the bpdnews.com.
BPD officers assigned to the drug units conducted a search warrant at 90 South St. on Aug. 25, as part of an ongoing investigation. Officers seized 96 grams of heroin, 67 grams of fentanyl and $187,675. Fentanyl is often used to cut heroin.
Byron Ortega, 22, of Jamaica Plain was arrested and faces charges of trafficking Class A drugs and possession with intent to distribute Class B drugs.
