The Boston Book Festival recently visited the Curley K-8 School library to deliver over five dozen children’s books and a check for $5,500 as the culmination of The Book Festival’s recent “Shelf Help” donation effort, which begun in September and invited bookstores, book publishers, and citizens to donate books (or funds to purchase books) to the Curley Library. The Curley School was selected as the recipient of the 2017 “Shelf Help” program by The Boston Book Festival after a competitive citywide application process.
