Robert McDonnell

Robert S. McDonnell of Jamaica Plain passed away on May 11.
The son of the late Walter F. and Johanna Franska (Krul) McDonnell, he was the loving father of Jack and his wife, Monica Tovar McDonnell, brother of the late John McDonnell of Falls Church, VA and is also survived by his grandchildren, Danny and Anna McDonnell.
Robert was a late US Navy Vietnam Veteran. He had a huge involvement with the Corrider situation several years ago and with Earth Day celebrations. Robert was also a very good friend of Michael from the JP Historical Society.
A Family Gathering will take place on Sunday, June 5 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Mann Rodgers Funeral Home, 44 Perkins St, Jamaica Plain. Family and friends are invited. Interment is private.
