As the weather cools, the Roslindale Village Main Street (RVMS) Summer Farmers Market is nearing the end of its 2026 season. The final outdoor market of the year will be held in Adams Park on Saturday, November 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.. Rain or shine, residents still have a few more weeks to enjoy the weekly live music and stock up on fresh produce, baked goods, and specialty foods from local favorites like Brookwood Community Farm, Boston Smoked Fish Co., and Mei Mei Dumplings.
While the regular farmers market takes a pause in December, shoppers won’t be left empty-handed for the holidays. To bridge the gap, RVMS will host its Annual Holiday Market on Sunday, December 6, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.. The festive event will transform Birch Street Plaza and the Emerald Society into a winter shopping destination featuring craft and food vendors offering handmade gifts and seasonal treats.
Following the holiday rush, the neighborhood’s access to local agriculture resumes indoors. The RVMS Winter Farmers Market will kick off on the first Saturday of January 2027 and run through the end of March. Held every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. inside the Emerald Society on Birch Street, the winter market guarantees that Roslindale residents can continue supporting local farms and purveyors all winter long.
