A local woman and her fugitive boyfriend were arrested on Lamartine Street last month after she allegedly joined him in a cross-country flight from drug possession charges.
Jacquelyn Lungelow, 23, of 267 Centre St. in JP and Raymond Jeffreys, 24, of Worcester were arrested by Boston and state police officers in a Jan. 18 traffic stop.
Jeffreys, who was identified by teardrop tattoos on his face, reportedly had outstanding warrants for the drug charge and for a felony parole violation. Lungelow was charged with harboring a fugitive.
The couple allegedly fled through various states to avoid Jeffreys’ arrest warrants. The arrests followed an investigation and were conducted by the local Boston Police Safe Street Team and the State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section.
