Boston Public Schools will serve free breakfast and lunch to any children and youths ages 4-18 at more than 140 sites around the city this summer starting July 1.
The annual program to ensure good nutrition for kids in need will run through Aug. 30. No registration or ID are needed.
The full list of meal sites will be available after June 28. Last year, meals were offered at nine Jamaica Plain locations, including various schools, community centers and nonprofit organizations.
The meals program is a collaboration among BPS, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the state Department of Education, the City of Boston and Project Bread.
