Three holiday events will take place in Jamaica Plain tomorrow, Dec. 7, according to the City.

Egleston Square will host a tree-lighting event from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., while the Mayor’s Trolley Tour—featuring Mayor Thomas Menino and entertainment—will stop at Monument Square and Hyde Square.

The Egleston event will be held at the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Hall at 45 Brookside Ave. That is a change from previous years, when it was held at the Peace Garden.

The Monument Square event at Centre and South Streets will start at 1:30 p.m. The Hyde Square event at Centre and Perkins Streets will start at 2:15 p.m. But the trolley doesn’t stop by until 45 minutes after the events start. Both events will have tree-lightings.
