A demolition delay meeting has been set for March 5 for a two-story house with a separate garage building at 57 Wachusett St. The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Curtis Hall, which is located at 20 South St.
The demolition delay ordinance, which is Article 85 of the zoning code, requires an automatic delay of 90 days in issuing a demolition permit for a building more than 50 years of age while the Boston Landmarks Commission reviews possible historic preservation.
Stephen Ballas, who recently purchased the property at 57 Wachusett St., did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
