BPD investigates larceny at smoke shop

Detectives at Jamaica Plain’s District E-13 are investigating a larceny that occurred Sunday July 13 at the Smoke Shop Variety at 666 Centre St., according to bpdnews.com.

Responding officers were informed that a suspect had walked behind the counter and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the register while a store employee was busy. The suspect fled on a blue bicycle.

The suspect is described as a 5-foot-11-inch white male weighing around 180 pounds. He was wearing a blue hat with a white logo, blue-collared shirt, beige pants and black-and-white sneakers with a white stripe.
